Michelle Myers Williams diverse real estate career spans over 24 years. When it comes to real estate there are few things that Michelle has not done. From Realtor, Mortgage Broker to investor, from whole sale lending to residential lending from office manager to successful business owner, Michelle has seen it all.
She began her career as a Real Estate Agent working in San Diego California. She enjoyed working with financing process so she expanded to the Mortgage industry. She then moved on to the wholesale lending where problem solving and customer service skills made her the leader in the field. While maintaining her real estate business, Michelle also began investing in real estate and started a property management company, this lead to her establishing her own residential lending company, ASAP Mortgage Services, which she owned and operated for eight years. Michelle’s diverse education, hard work and dedication to her clients have made her a welcome addition when she joined
First Federal Realty DeSimone.
